For those who appreciate seriously good steaks, we pride ourselves on our speciality Meat Cabinet menu. We dry-age all of our steaks in our very own bespoke meat cabinet for a minimum of 28 days, using Himalayan salts to organically remove the moisture for the perfect big cut. Porterhouse, Tomahawk and Chateaubriand to name a few, we cut and cook our prime cuts to mouth-watering perfection over our lava grill.
For something special to pair with your meal, we have an extensive wine menu which will leave you spoilt for choice, offering a variety of vintages from new and old worlds. The fine wine and Champagne selections are sure to impress for special occasions, with bottles of Ruinart Blancs de Blancs and Dom Perignon also available to purchase and take home. For all other tastes, we have an extensive selection of soft drinks and beer, an apéritif and digestif menu, and a mixology cocktail menu showcasing the most delicious expertly crafted drinks.
